That's all I'm looking for.  I want the agent to say, "No, we're not looking for this sort of thing" or "This sounds promising."  I'm sure you can read between the words, but at this point of the game, any response is great response.  I've never done a live pitch before and can't imagine being able to do it without fainting, lol. Three out of the four agents really loved the pitch, but then when I sent the requested partials in, I got confusing replies. One even said she was too booked and not looking for new clients! Then why did she go to the pitch session?&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Take these things with a grain of salt. Just because they might like a one-sentence pitch does not mean they will go any further.
